'When we stop opposing reality, action becomes simple, fluid, kind, and fearless.'
Byron Katie
The business mentoring programme
Owning, leading or being a key person in an organisation, of any size, can be extremely demanding and, at times, tough.
You have the responsibility to create, implement and, when necessary, re-invent the vision. People are relying on you to set the direction, remain objective and lead.
You want to bring out the best in your people so that they consistently produce high-quality results.
And then you need to have a balanced life too, so that work is not all consuming and you don’t burn out.
It can be lonely at the top
Many of my clients have said that it can feel lonely at the top – you are human too and yet it is not always appropriate or possible to lean on others within or close to your organisation.
Within the confines of our perceived reality we can easily get caught up in a great deal of thinking, resulting in stress, overwhelm and feeling over-burdened.
So, what can you do?
Over the past 15 years I have worked exclusively in the business sector as a coach and mentor to financial practitioners, business owners, managing directors, executives and creatives.
My clients find enormous value in speaking to someone completely outside their business and who has no biases or interests to protect (even innocently).
But it is not about simply sharing problems – it is about creating a completely new operating platform.
Transformational conversations
In our conversations there is no set agenda, we are not following a step-by-step process. I am not giving you advice and I do not believe I know better than you do.
You might bring a specific business or personal issue you want to talk through or work on an ongoing project.
This is part of the work and yet exploring in an open and non-judgemental environment often leads to profound, life-changing, shifts in how you experience life.
What is your vision for the future?
Whilst your situation is unique to you some specific examples of projects I have helped clients successfully navigate through are:
Re-defining your role in the business
Transitioning yourself out of the business
Re-balancing your life
Developing new ideas without taking your eye off the ball
Significantly improving communication with and within your team
Successfully re-inventing the culture within your organisation
Reducing and eliminating stress
What is different about this programme?
There are no ‘How-to’s’ in the programme. There are no prescriptive solutions, tools or strategies to learn or practice.
At the core of the work are fundamental principles that have an immediate and lasting impact upon your clarity of mind, sense of well-being and ability to navigate through life (whatever is happening) with intelligence and grace.
What can you expect?
The work we do together is ‘subtractive’ rather than ‘additive’.
The conventional wisdom is about adding tools, strategies and know-how. The transformational approach uncovers your true, deepest nature as a human being.
The less you have on your mind the more of your potential you effortlessly realise. You experience mental, emotional and spiritual freedom – the most valuable gift of all.
How does it work?
Your programme is bespoke to you. After we explore if we can work well together, assuming we are a good fit, the precise structure is agreed according to what will work best for you.
